An aisle decked with local seashells, a gazebo on the water’s edge, add in some golden sunshine and a sparkling ocean backdrop and you have the dream wedding of Felicity Carpenter and Andrew Webb of Amesbury, Salisbury. Felicity, a primary school teacher and Andrew a chemical analyst with the MOD, are another one of the 16 lucky couples that won the 16 Islands Wedding Invitation.
As quiet and remote as neighbouring Acklins, Crooked Island rejoices in miles of pristine white sand beaches; cawing sea birds stud the surface of its spectacular cliffs and its limestone caves and coral gardens are simply magical, while the island’s tidal flats and deep creeks are a fisherman's dream come true.
Felicity and Andrew and their two guests stayed at Tranquillity on the BayResort, Crooked Island. A big Congrats to the Happy couple, we wish them all the happiness in the world!
Tomorrow we will witness the "Monumental love" of Claire Wilcox and James Williams of York, when they say "I do" on the Island of Mayaguana.
